Antonia Krenza | Executive Chef
Her New York roots and Italian heritage genetically stamped our new chef, Antonia M. Krenza, with a sense of food as culture. Antonia studied at Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Birmingham, Alabama, where, after graduation, she began her career as a professional chef with mentors including Chef Patrick Hankins and Chef Jeff Jackson. Here in the Lowcountry, she found a wellspring of inspiration and opportunity the last few years collaborating with Guerilla Cuisine, Butcher & Bee, Kanpai, Sette, and Vespa. After joining the Hall Management Group, Antonia led the culinary team at Rita’s Seaside Grille and worked downtown with Executive Chef Adam Jakins at Halls Chophouse before coming to The Old Village Post House Inn.
